Facelifts without a scalpel are the talk of the town. A non-surgical facelift sounds amazing and of course people want to believe it is possible – no one likes the idea of being operated on and especially not on the face, where every scar and every change is immediately obvious.

It may come as a surprise, but our practice cannot and does not want to offer you an alternative to the classic surgical facelift. Why? Because in our experience, when patients reach a certain age, there is no genuine alternative that can lead to a lasting rejuvenation of the appearance.

The situation is different if your skin has already noticeably lost its elasticity, but it is too early for an operation and there is no real need for one.

Slightly “sagging” skin around the lower jaw, cheeks and neck is a symptom of ageing that, sadly, every woman and man is confronted with at some point in their life. It is precisely for these cases that we utilise the FACETITE™ | ACCUTITE™ | NECKTITE™ systems.

FACETITE™ | ACCUTITE™ | NECKTITE™ are based on the same principle but use different probe lengths. There is a specific applicator for each area of treatment.

The FaceTite™ procedure is set apart by its direct impact on the connective tissue. With the targeted use of bipolar radio frequency energy, the subcutaneous tissue and skin are heated to 65-70 degrees Celsius in a controlled manner. This temperature range stimulates an effective, physical shortening of the connective tissue fibres. The skin is penetrated from within – with an almost 3D effect. This means that both deep and surface-level connective tissue fibres are affected. The special double probe mechanism ensures the correct temperature by measuring heat, both above and below the skin, at a frequency of 100 times per second. As a result, the probe can be held in precisely the area where the skin is to be optimally tightened throughout the entire treatment process, without causing any burns.

The long-term effect sees the deep heat stimulating the formation of collagen and elastic connective tissue fibres in the weeks and months after the treatment. The skin gradually becomes firmer, tauter and gains more elasticity. This special treatment technique can be used on the face, cheek and lower jaw area (FaceTite™ | AccuTite™), as well as in the chin and neck region (NeckTite™), where the method can also be combined with liposuction techniques, for example.

One key medical advantage of this method is that the current from the probe located under the skin is directed exclusively towards the probe above the skin via the bipolar mechanism. This means that injuries – for example to the nerves in the face area – can be largely avoided. The treatment can be performed under local anaesthetic. It is absolutely painless.

There are no significant side effects. As the radio frequency energy only flows through the skin, vessels and nerves are protected, because they lie beyond the area being treated. The area that has been treated is usually slightly swollen afterwards, and small haematomas may occur. This can last for around 2-4 weeks.

Depending on the size of the area treated, you will be able to fully recommence social activities within 3-7 days.

The NeckTite™ system. The treatment is combined with liposuction of the neck and chin region.

The AccuTite™ system can be used to tighten the skin in the lower eyelid region in a targeted manner. In this case, we recommend a separate session using the Morpheus 8™ system in order to additionally smooth the wrinkles in this area.

We use the FaceTite™ system to treat these areas.

The thickness of the skin varies depending on the region. The skin is thicker in the neck and chin area than in the area around the eyes, for example. The different applicators take this into account. They emit different levels of radio frequency energy and the probes have different lengths. We use a specific probe for each area, which is optimally adapted to the treatment area.
