After treating fine wrinkles, you may cool the treated areas slightly. Healing creams may also be helpful, depending on the treatment. Depending on the laser intensity and method used, your skin may be slightly red for a few days. With ablative laser therapy, a fine crust typically forms and heals within about two weeks.
With non-ablative methods, the skin surface remains intact, and you are usually ready to resume social activities immediately.
